A further 24 asylum seekers have been flown to Nauru, taking to 119 the total number moved there from Christmas Island in a week-and-a-half.
It is the fourth group moved to the temporary camp, where asylum seekers seeking refugee status in Australia are being housed in tents.
A similar camp on Manus Island, off Papua New Guinea's north coast, is at least a month away from opening.
The Nauru Government says one asylum seeker, from Sri Lanka, has chosen to return to his homeland and left Nauru on Tuesday.
