Israel has vowed to retaliate against cyber terrorists after hackers stole the credit card details of 6000 Israeli citizens and posted them online.
The ABC reports hackers infiltrated various websites and said they had as many as one million credit card numbers.
Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon said cyber-attacks were ''a breach of sovereignty comparable to a terrorist operation'' and must be treated as such.
He added that no agency or hacker would be immune from retaliatory action.
