Honey and Orange Glazed Carrots

- zest of 1 orange
- juice of 2 oranges
- 2 rablespoons honey
- 25g butter
- bunch of baby carrots, scrubbed
- salt and pepper
Put all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a slow simmer. Cook till carrots are tender, for approximately 20 minutes.
If baby carrots are not available normal carrots will work just as well – simply peel them and cut into even size pieces.
