Ingredients
750 grams Cheese grated (Mainland Mild Blend or Mild Cheddar)
625 grams Reduced Cream 
125 grams Onion Soup Mix 
40 grams Mustard Powder 
30 pieces Xtra Large White Loaf Sliced, Crust Cut Off Side


Method:

1.    Mix the reduced cream, onion soup, mustard powder in a bowl, add grated cheese and mix through.
2.    Spread two-thirds of the side with a heaped spoonful of cheese mix (50 grams)
3.    Roll up tightly so filling doesn't spill out.
4.    Place on a baking tray and bake at 180C oven for 15 minutes or grill for 5 minutes until golden, then turn over and grill the other side.
5.    Brush with melted butter to serve.
