American Samoa today has a run-off election to determine who will represent the territory in the US congress in Washington.

None of the three candidates in the November 5th general election received the required 50-percent plus one vote.

This resulted in today's run-off election between incumbent Faleomavaega Eni Hunkin and challenger Fagafaga Daniel Langkilde.
