There are hopes that a meeting of Pacific computer specialists in Nadi this week will improve the standard and quality of internet services in the region.
That is the hope of organisers, the Pacific Islands chapter of the Internet Society.
The Society's Richard St Clair, who's also the technical manager pf Internet Niue, says systems engineers from around the Pacific will be in Nadi to talk about technology and building secure systems for cyber space and business networks.
