Sixteen teams including New Zealand are expected to take part in the Fiji International Rugby Sevens tournament to be held on the 19th and 20th January in the capital Suva.
The Eagles from the United States have confirmed their participation, with New Zealand, Canada, Argentina, South Africa, Australia, Chinese Taipei, Samoa, Tonga, Niue, Cook Islands, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu and New Caledonia yet to confirm.
The format for the the sevens tournament will be released by the Fiji Rugby Union shortly.
