Fiji sevens "hard man" ends three month ban

9:43 am on 20 March 2007

After a three month ban the Fiji Times reports SEVENS hard-man Sireli Naqlevevuki is free to return to the game from Thursday.

But he won't be able to play in Hong Kong at the end of the month

The International Rugby Board body found Naqlevevuki had not smoked marijuana to enhance his playing.

He tested positive for the drug after the Dubai and George legs of the IRB's 2006/2007 Sevens World Series.

He will be considered for the final leg of the series in England and Scotland in May if the Fiji Rugby Union doesn't take further action against him.
