The Teuila Festival, now underway in Samoa, has done away with the traditional local version of cricket and adopted the global version of the game.

The Samoan version has been played at the festival for the last ten years but Prime Minister, Tuila'epa Sa'ilele Malielegaoi, says its not worthwhile.

Tuila'epa says the country should get more involved in developing international cricket because it would provide financial benefits for the players and their families
