A division of the Fiji Institute of Technology is under investigation.
The military spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Neumi Leweni says a complaint was made to the interim government.
But he's refusing to give details the complaint and who made it.
"What I can tell you about the investigation is not much. All I can tell you is there is an investigation ongoing. And that's about it."
Lieutenant Colonel Neumi Leweni says it is not known how long the investigation will last.
