Two police officers in Samoa have been accused of breaking into the head of state's office on separate occasions while on duty.
They are accused of stealing property such as an iPod, a laptop computer and a DVD player.
One of the officer's has been dismissed and is now facing charges of burglary and theft while the other police officer accused of breaking into the office is still working.
However the assistant police commissioner and spokesperson, Le'aupepe Fatu Pula, says a report on the investigation into the stolen iPod has been given to the Police Commissioner, with a recommendation for a decision against the police officer.
The officer accused of burglary and theft of the laptop and a DVD will appear in court on Tuesday.
