Can 'synchrotron' build trust in the Middle East?

Dr Jamal Ghabboun is a Palestinian physicist from Bethlehem University working on a new particle accelerator known as 'synchrotron'. The team of scientists is a pan Middle-East one including a member from Israel, which leaves some wondering if the particle accelerator can speed up the Middle East peace process.
