Metlifecare has completed the merger with Vision Senior Living and Private Life Care Holdings, which was approved by shareholders at a special meeting on 21 June.
Metlifecare is now one of New Zealand's largest retirement village operators.
The company says its priority is to integrate the three organisations and realise the synergies.
