Postie Plus Group has agreed to sell its school uniform operation, SchoolTex, for $9 million.
It says the proposed buyer is a well-known New Zealand company that wants to remain confidential until the agreement becomes unconditional.
The company says the non-binding offer is subject to shareholder approval which it will seek at its annual meeting in Christchurch on 20 December and the completion of due diligence and formal documentation.
