Nufarm's chief executive has sold the majority of his stake in the fertiliser and farm chemicals company.
Doug Rathbone has sold $31.8 million worth of shares, worth about 3 percent of the company, in order to refinance his personal and family business interests.
He and his family will continue to hold a 1.27 percent stake in the company.
