EBOS managing director of 30 years, Mark Waller is handing over the reins in August but is far from bowing out completely.
Mr Waller will work on key projects for a year for the pharmaceutical distributor before taking over as chairman in October 2015 when current chairman, Rick Christie, retires.
Patrick Davies, currently the chief executive of Australia-based Symbion, the business EBOS bought last year in a $1.1 billion transaction, will take over as chief executive but won't have a seat on EBOS' board.
