Paper and paperboard packaging company Sonoco New Zealand has applied to the Commerce Commission for clearance to buy TTL Pacific.
TTL Pacific makes similar cylindrical packaging products to Sonoco. It's sole manufacturing plant in Auckland.
Sonoco has three manufacturing plants which are located in Auckland, Kawerau and Christchurch.
