Kiwi Income Property Trust is selling an office building in Wellington for $6.3 million, in line with the property's book value.
The trust bought the three-story office building, at 50 The Terrace, for $4 million in 2005.
Kiwi Income says it is selling assets that are not core to its business and has also put 44 The Terrace on the market.
