DNZ Property Fund has sold one of its properties in Wellington for $13.5 million.
The fund says number 99 to 105 Customhouse Quay fetched slightly more than its March valuation.
Proceeds from the sale will be used to repay bank debt, before the purchase of three Foodstuffs supermarkets.
