Bonds issue raises $150m for Air New Zealand

Air New Zealand has raised $150 million from institutional and professional investors after issuing unsecured, ubsorbinated bonds.

The bonds will pay an interest rates of 6.9%.

As it raised all the money it needed, Air New Zealand will not be seeking money from the public, though a priority pool of $4 million is available for New Zealand shareholders and employees of the airline.
