New Zealand Oil and Gas has appointed a new chief executive.
The energy explorer says director Andrew Knight will become chief executive from the beginning of next month.
He will replace David Salisbury, who is stepping down after five years in the role.
Mr Knight is also a director of Powerco and had held senior executive roles with Vector, Natural Gas Corporation and The Australian Gas Light Company.
