Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority has moved to new premises after its original offices were damaged in last month's strong aftershocks.

The authority is now based on the second floor of the high-rise HSBC building, on Worcester Boulevard.

Its original home, just off Papanui Road, was repaired after the February earthquake, but was damaged again last month.

The recovery authority is looking for new, more permanent offices near the central city red zone.
