A man charged with historic sex offences against boys has been remanded in custody after appearing at the Waitakere District Court.
Douglas Peters, 68, is charged with indecency between a man and a boy relating to crimes against five victims, aged between five and 13, between 1978 and 1987.
Police say most of the abuse occurred at the accused's home in Owairaka, his car or at locations around Auckland connected to various sporting activities he took part in.
Mr Peters will appear in court again in June.
