An 81-year-old man reported missing in Auckland yesterday has been found.
Andrew Murphy went missing from Sandringham but was located safely overnight.
Police were concerned for his welfare after he was last seen on Ferguson Avenue at 7am yesterday morning.
He is known to go for regular walks, police said.
Mr Murphy is about 180cm tall and was last seen wearing a grey cap, a bright red jacket, black pants and brown slippers.
The police want anyone who sees him to contact them.
