Police in Canterbury are looking for a woman who has not been seen since last night.

Emma Beattie, 20, was last seen at her Fernside home, just north of Christchurch at around 11pm.
Police said she had not been in contact with friends or family.
They had concerns for her well-being and would like to hear from anyone who has had contact with her since last night.
She is described as having long blond hair, and could be wearing orange and black Nike shoes, and carrying a brown backpack with rope straps.
