Police in Blenheim are investigating a reported assault on a teenage girl by four youths at the Blenheim racecourse.
Detective Sergeant John Hamilton says details are sketchy, but it's understood the girl was walking along Hutcheson Street about 6.30pm on Wednesday when she was approached by four males in a car.
He says she was driven into the racecourse where an assault took place.
