A kayaker remains missing on Lake Rotorua after a whole week.

Gregory Flavell, 18, failed to return from his kayak last Wednesday prompting a search involving police, land search and rescue teams, the Navy and Coastguard.
Police are asking anyone who may have seen his paddle to get in touch.
It is a lightweight, black double-ended paddle with Kaituna written on it in red with white outlines.
Flavell's kayak was recovered last week.
Coastguard has been out searching on the lake today and is expected to continue tomorrow.
