SFO charges Auckland businessman

The Serious Fraud office has charged an Auckland businessman with obtaining more than $1.4 million from a family security business.

Martyn Tewsley Scott is accused of obtaining the money from National Fire and Security over six years.

He faces seven representative charges of accessing a computer system for a dishonest purpose.

Mr Scott has been remanded on bail without plea to reappear on 21 October.
