Delegates from Papua New Guinea are among visitors from five Pacific nations in Spain this week to get a better understanding of that country's fishing industry.
The government of Spain has organised a visit of fisheries officials from PNG, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Nauru and Vanuatu, along with the Forum Fisheries Agency director general.
The purpose of the visit is to encourage a better understanding between the Pacific Island states and Spain in fisheries and to promote co-operation..
The Post Courier reports that the group will also visit fish canneries and the Real Madrid Football Club Museum.
