Police have summoned a man to court after the death of a four-year-old boy in a lawnmowing accident last year.
The 72-year-old man has been charged with reckless driving causing death after the boy was hit in October at a park owned by the Hastings District Council.
The man has filed for name suppression and is due to appear in the Hastings District Court on 12 February.
