A man has been killed in South Auckland following an explosion at what police suspect was a methamphetamine lab.
A police spokesperson says officers were called to the house in Glenbrook after reports of an explosion and discovered the dead man on Thursday. No one else was present.
Police say their officers and ambulance staff have been decontaminated at the scene.
