Police are investigating the unexpected death of a man in Helensville, northwest of Auckland and hope a post-mortem will determine why he died.
Police were called to a property on State Highway 16at about 4.30pm on Friday after the body of a 32-year-old man was found by relatives.
It is believed the body was found in the garden of a house.
Scene examinations are continuing at the property and are expected to take another couple of days.
The man's body was removed on Saturday and taken to the Auckland mortuary, where a post-mortem will be conducted on Sunday.
