Police in Auckland say a prisoner who escaped from Waitakere District Court on Friday night should not be approached.
Jessica Ruby, 23, is a Pakeha of slim build with long brown hair, and is 171cm tall.
Detective Sergeant Dean Miles says at the time of her escape, Ruby was wearing a white sweatshirt and blue jeans. She was last seen running up the grass bank opposite the District Court.
Mr Miles says anyone with information about Jessica Ruby should contact the police.
