Police are puzzling over a case of stolen wheels in Wairarapa.
The public is being asked to help them locate 10 wheels stolen from a travelling irrigator on a farm in South Wairarapa.
The wheels were taken from a 580-metre irrigator close to the East West Access Rd on Monday night last week.
Police say it was an unusual burglary because the wheels could really be used only for that type of equipment. The thieves would also have needed a truck with lifting gear to remove the wheels.
