A former champion body builder has been sentenced in Wellington District Court for importing illicit drugs.
Justin Rys, 34, was arrested at Wellington airport earlier this year for importing products containing the drug GBL, also known as Fantasy.
Judge Susan Thomas sentenced him to six months home detention and imposed stringent conditions for a year.
The conditions include random drug tests and counselling.
