State Highway One north of Kaikoura has been cleared after a motorcycle crash caused delays close to the Kekerengu Store, 40 minutes north of Kaikoura, on Sunday afternoon.
Police say the motorcyclist, who came off the bike at speed, has been taken to Christchurch Hospital by helicopter.
