Micheal Luck will end a frustrating 258-day wait when makes his much-anticipated return for the Warriors in their National Rugby League match against Cronulla in Sydney on Saturday night.
Luck has been named on the Warriors interchange bench for the match, not having playing since October's grand final loss to Manly because of ongoing injury problems.
He's had four operations since his last game one on a finger, two on the wrist he broke in the final and the other on a shoulder problem which had been bothering him for the past two seasons.
While Luck is returning, hooker Alehana Mara has been ruled out for up to eight weeks after suffering a broken leg in Monday night's win over Penrith.
