Shane Warne won't appeal ban

Former Australian cricketerShane Warne won't appeal against his one-match Big Bash League ban for physical and verbally attacking West Indian batsman Marlon Samuels.

The Melbourne Stars captain was also fined over 5600 dollars and will miss his side's vital last game against Sydney Thunder at the MCG today.

Warne faced four charges following his side's loss to the Melbourne Renegades on Sunday night.
