The world champion Lauren Boyle was one of four swimmers to go under the world championship qualifying mark on the first day of the New Zealand Swimming Championships in Auckland on Sunday.
Boyle achieved the mark in the heats of the 400 freestyle which she then went on to win.
Glenn Snyders in the 100 breaststroke, Sophia Batchelor in the 100 butterfly and Matt Stanley in the 400 freestyle also qualified for July's World Champs.
