The New Zealand sailor Sam Meech has won a gold medal in the Laser class at the latest European Cup regatta at Weymouth in England.
Andy Maloney, who won gold twice and a bronze in previous events, was fourth.
Meanwhile Olympic champions Jo Aleh and Olivia Powrie are currently third in the women's 470 at the European Championship in Italy.
