Not everyone is happy with the news that women boxers will get their chance to compete at the next Olympics.

The idea had been rejected until now by the International Olympic Committee because it had limited global appeal, but pIOC president Jacques Rogge says boxing was the only sport in the summer games where no women were involved, and it'll be a great addition to the programme.

Three women's weight classes will be fought in London in 2012.

There's some concern that womens boxing isn't competitive enough and could lead to potentially dangerous mis-matches.

The British boxer Amir Khan, a former Olympic silver medalist and now WBA light-welterweight champio,n is concerned about the dangers for women and that it should be left for the men.
