The Scotland-based New Zealand golf pro James Gill is through to final qualifying for next month's British Open.
24 year old Gill, inspired by the All Whites World Cup draw with Italy, shot a one under par 70 on a course near London he'd never seen before.
The final qualifiers will be played next Wednesday in St. Andrews, where he lives, and the venue for the Open championship.
