The Bay of Plenty golfer Josh Geary has followed up his opening round of 69 with a 67 at the final PGA tour qualifying tournament in Florida.
Geary's 7-under par, and currently tied for third in the field of 160.
Tim Wilkinson is even par overall with four holes to play and Danny Lee is 2-over par.
There are four more rounds to play to find the top 25 who will earn the right to play on the PGA tour next year.
