The New Zealand cricket captain isn't endorsing wholesale changes in the wake of the embarassing ten wicket loss to Pakistan in the first test in Hamilton.

Before the close of play on the third day Pakistan gathered in the 19 runs needed for victory after New Zealand posted just 110 in its second innings.

Daniel Vettori says poor decisions are crippling his side's batting efforts and a change in attitude not personnel is needed.
