The Newcastle Knights have beaten Penrith 16-12 in an error-ridden National Rugby League encounter last night.
The Knights' at home led 8-nil at halftime and managed to hold off a second half Penrith splurge, meaning the Knights move into the top eight with their sixth win of the season.
