A two-day high-powered meeting of cricket's governing body has begun in Dubai where the ICC's Executive Board will consider the nomination of its next vice-president who will take over in two years.
The outgoing vice president, New Zealand's Alan Isaac, will become president in June, taking over from India's Sharad Pawar.
The ICC Board will also receive an independent governance review of its organisation, undertaken by Lord Woolf, a former Chief Justice of England and Wales.
