There have been phone problems for some Telecom customers in Auckland.
The company says an intermittent technical fault lasting for about an hour on Monday morning, meant some calls were met with an overloading message and others were simply disconnected.
The problem was at Telecom's Papatoetoe and North Shore exchanges, and has now been fixed.
The company cannot say how many customers were effected.
