A preliminary court hearing is scheduled to begin on Monday for a boy accused of killing a Scottish woman in Taupo in January.
A boy, aged 14, is due to appear in the Youth Court at Taupo, on charges of murder, aggravated robbery and intentional damage.
Karen Aim was killed on 17 January while walking home after a night out in the resort. She was in New Zealand on a working holiday.
