A toddler has died after being run over by a car in Waikato.
The 18-month-old is believed to have followed a cat down the drive of his Matamata house and into the neighbour's driveway just as a man was reversing his car on Sunday.
He was flown to Waikato Hospital but died a short time after arrival.
Police are investigating.
