New Zealand Prime Minister John Key is to meet with British counterpart Gordon Brown on Tuesday during a visit to London.
Mr Key arrived in the British captial after the APEC meeting in Peru finished on Sunday.
Mr Key has a full day of engagements, beginning with a meeting with London Mayor Boris Johnson.
About midday local time, Mr Key will meet the Queen for about 30 minutes before heading to No 10 Downing Street for a meeting with Mr Brown.
He will also spend an hour with Conservative Party leader David Cameron.
During the day, Mr Key will attend a number of celebrations being held at a giant rugby ball erected near Tower Bridge to promote New Zealand hosting the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
